Job Description:

• 8+ Years Practical Database Operational support experience.


• 3+ Years MongoDB DBA experience.


• 2+ Years Installing and upgrading Cassandra Database running on Azure.


• Expert in Database backup and recovery strategies.


• Expert in SQL performance analysis and tuning.


• Expert in building and maintaining high availability architectures of NOSQL platforms like MongoDB, Cassandra, MYSQL.


• Experience in Microsoft Cosmos DB is an added value.


• Cassandra, OPSCENTER, MongoDB, MYSQL.

Must Have:

• 3+ Years practical operational support experience in an organization using a DEVOPS structure.


• 3+ Years’ experience in administering databases in Azure cloud.


• Experience in data sharing and data replication strategies.


• Expert in database backup and recovery strategies utilizing Commvault.


• Expert in CQL performance analysis and tuning.


• Expert in measuring and monitoring key data base metrics using OPSCENTER.


• Experience with Cassandra performance Monitoring(OPSCENTER).


• Excellent experience on MongoDB Administration.


• Good understanding of DB schema design , performance tuning and capacity planning


• Operational experience with MongoDB data modeling.


• Understanding and optimize query performance.


• Excellent understanding of MongoDB CRUD operations.


• Preferred DBA Mongo DB university training completed.


• Configure and monitor MongoDB instances.


• Managing MongoDB Oplog and journals.


• Configure, manage and troubleshoot MongoDB shared cluster.


• Adding / Removing a data center , adding/ removing nodes.


• Replication of database schema, database administration and handling user/application security for Cassandra performance tuning for memory.


• Details understanding of Cloud Native development, Cloud Infrastructure, Open Source Frameworks, one or more Cloud Environments(AWS, Azure or other).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems or a related field
