Job Title: Category Manager (Contingent Workforce)

Location: Dallas, TX/Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $40/hour-$50.00/hour.

Job Profile Summary:

Manages categories with some cross-functional and regional scope Accountable for building and creating the category plan and managing the plan closely with leadership.

May support both regional and global category management functions.

Responsibilities Negotiations:

Partners with Regional Procurement, business leaders, and other key stakeholders to execute capital and operational purchases that deliver cost savings and reduce supplier lead times and improve vendor performance

Ensures appropriate supply agreements are in place and guides internal teams how to monitor adherence to the terms of the agreement

Aligns with internal customers regarding best negotiation positions and provide stakeholders with a balanced view of contract risk and liabilities

Typical Day in the Role:

-Someone who can research contracts, look at clauses, understand SOWs

-See if anything looks incorrect

-Understand contracts are for CWs

-Make sure they are following local labor laws

-Understands contracts and an aggressive negotiator

Requirement:

-CW/professional services backfield

-Procurement experience

-Provide us with best practices

-5 plus years of experience in CW space

-Contract and Negotiate training

-Excel/Word
