What youll do
Operational
Helps the market to structure the go-to-market (GTM) strategy with reference to Commercial Policy Support in Implementation of marketing activities and promotions to generate demand. Understand, develop insights, and measure performance of the customers, channel and identify optimization opportunities. Drive Market Business Review Cycle for assigned portfolio and support in executing the portfolio of programs and projects and their goals, in consultation with relevant stakeholders. Supports and Enable Forecast Accuracy in the market for the assigned portfolios. Ensures sustainable results by analyzing & improving business processes based on (customer) insights and applying change management Keeps up-to-date with the evolving business and application domain in order to optimize the goals of each program and maximize the synergy
Financial
Oversees financial KPIs for assigned Products/Channel including Sales, Margin, and A&P Develop metrics, track, report and forecast marketing initiatives and activities Leads review meeting planning with market teams Supports in setting pricing strategy, approves deviations and manages conflicts
Customer
Drive indirect revenue-producing activities such as through-customer Marketing, for-customer Marketing, lead nurturing. Establishes high levels of customer satisfaction Drives End User and Channel marketing strategy Gives strategic direction and priorities for marcom, campaigns, digital marketing agenda and events, and helps drive realization Organizes and Participates in customer and/or industry events as needed
What youll need
15 years of proven experience managing trade channel across different regions Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams globally Analytical Rigor and Problem solving Strong communication skills LEAN Knowledge
