We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Seasonal Catering Server to join our team for the upcoming event season. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the set-up, execution, and breakdown of catering events. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the set-up and breakdown of catering events, including tables, chairs, linens, and dcor.
- Ensure that all catering equipment and supplies are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements and service during the event.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are respected.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.
- Communicate effectively with other catering staff, including event coordinators and chefs, to ensure the event runs smoothly.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of food and equipment.
Requirements Qualifications: - Previous experience in the food service industry preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
