Job Title: Celonis Analyst

Client: Genpect/Drisdol's

Location: Bay Area, CA

Duration: 12 + months contract

Responsibilities:

• You will be part of a fast-paced team designing, developing, testing, integrating and supporting technically innovative solutions for our Fortune 500 customers.

• You will be responsible for leading the development/testing of applications, which may include end-to-end ownership of the software stack.

• Contributing to your BU/Practice by documenting your learnings from the current work and engaging in the external tech community by writing blogs, contributing to Github, Stack Overflow, meet-ups/conferences etc.
• Keep updated on the latest technologies with technology training and certifications and actively participate in organization-level activities and events related to learning, formal training, interviewing, special projects etc.

Qualifications Required:

• 4 to 7 years with experience as Process Analyst/SME in any domain with at least 1-2 years of experience working on Celonis
• Customer project based experience working as Analyst or Data Engineer on Celonis implementations
• Experience in Business Process Improvements and Process Reengineering Celonis Analyst/Data
• Engineer Certified Knowledge of real-time business cases in Process Mining Strong understanding of SQL queries Strong understanding of execution-oriented solutions in Celonis Strong domain knowledge in at least one of the areas: AR, AP, SCM, Audit, O2C, etc.
• Strong collaboration skills for stakeholder management Ability to understand client expectations and requirements and converting them into technical solutions Strong problem-solving, analysis, and design skills and detail-oriented Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate at the executive level Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills Good understanding of at least one mainstream ERP/CRM platform Preferred
• 7 to 10 years with experience as Process Analyst/SME in any domain with at least 3-4 years of experience working on Celonis
• Good understanding of robotic process automation and few low code automation platforms
• Experience in business process improvements and process reengineering (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean)
• Experience working with different process mining tools like Minit, Process Gold, Signavio, Kofax Insight, etc
