Center Director / BCBA – Frisco, TX

About the Position:
The Center Director is responsible for organizing and overseeing people and programs of a specific clinical location. They are responsible for supervising and directing everything from employees and budgets to technology and operations. A Center Director possesses excellent management and mentoring skills, outstanding communication skills, and can resolve conflicts and issues. They must also exemplify the values of our client, have a deep respect for policies and ethics, and are able to inspire that in others. The goal is to ensure the smooth running of the clinic and upholding program fidelity with collaboration and analysis of program development.
Location: Frisco, Texas
Work Hours:
· Monday through Friday, 8:00-4:30
· some nights or weekends may be required for special events
Travel Requirements:
· Primarily a center-based, low travel position
· May need to travel occasionally for in-home therapy supervision or company-wide collaboration across other locations
Educational and Credential Requirements:
· Active BCBA and Texas LBA credentials are required
· A minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a BCBA in a center-based setting
Job Duties:
· Directly manage and support a small caseload of clients – ensuring clients are progressing appropriately through skill sets and goals
· Train and support staff in the day-to-day implementation of ABA programs in a verbal behavior format
· Provide ongoing BCBA supervision to those pursuing BCBA certification, as well as to active RBTs and those pursuing RBT
· Participate in company-wide collaboration with other like-minded Center Directors and upper management teams
· Complete, submit, and maintain all initial and ongoing insurance authorizations for services, for all clients in assigned clinical location
· Manage staffing of assigned clinical location, as well as other necessary clinical and operation tasks
Compensation and Benefits:
· Pay starts at $85,000!
· $3,000 signing bonus
