Prior product owner experience is critical as per the JD

Good technical background especially dealing with AWS background

Any prior Telecom background in terms of network deployments, Fiber industry knowledge would be helpful

Great Communication and collaboration skill

Team player and able to influence the technical team and business team

As a Product Manager (I) you will serve as the product owner to support critical business processes and drive tangible value to the organization. The Product Manager (I) will be a member of the Digital Products transformation office and possess experience in product centric large-scale business transformation programs that will change the way our employees think about organizing and executing work.

Responsibilities

Engage with cross-functional teams, leveraging your business and technical knowledge, to collaborate with business and engineering teams to groom the product backlog and manage and maintain epics, features, and stories

Work closely with business partners to define and measure product metrics and provide customer-friendly product experiences

Engage with stakeholders to understand our most pressing business objectives, and prioritize epics, features and stories.

Develop Epics, features, and User Stories, and effectively work with the engineering teams to prioritize and manage the backlog

Develop and implement product plans and manage communication and engagement with key stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle

Effectively engage with technical teams to deliver features with minimal ambiguity and clear use cases/acceptance criteria; include/exclude the right set of user stories to deliver the most impact

Expectations

Relies on experience and judgment to structure / organize work and accomplish goals

May provide guidance or direction on project work to teammates

Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, best practices, and procedures of field of specialization to the completion of complex assignments

Education/Certifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience required.

Agile certifications preferred

Experience/Minimum Requirements

5+ years experience working in Information Technology or Digital roles

years' product management and/or product owner experience

2+ years' experience in product management/development delivering software by identifying business opportunities, building, and grooming epics and stories, and collaborating with engineers on executing a product roadmap

Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), preferably in an Agile environment

Excellent teamwork skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
