job summary:

The main activity/job responsibility is to run Change Management support for client development Technology initiative. This includes coordinating with internal and external R&D Technology stakeholders, conducting readiness assessments with PROSCI tools (ADKAR, PCT etc.) and updating the PROSCI Proxima database. This position reports to the Development Technology Operations Lead.

responsibilities:

Detailed Responsibilities:

Plan, track, and monitor app change management activities for the Development Technology Leadership Team members/change owners.
Monitor and forecast change management activity timelines and proactively communicate with change owners stay ahead of schedule.
Conduct change management assessments (ADKAR) to plan for special tactics and communications to increase the rate of adoption, utilization and proficiency
Collect and analyze data regarding change activity effectiveness/progress using PROSCI tools (PCT, Change Health Check, Proxima Database etc.).
Provide analysis and communications to the development Technology Operations Lead to course correct and adapt to evolving business requirements.
Communicate with client stakeholder regarding progress, problems and plans to keep change management activities on track.
Other duties as assigned by client.

Deliverables:

Updated Proxima Database records.
Updated ADKAR and PCT change management data.
Weekly Status Reports on progress, problems, and plans for the next reporting period.
Assessment and recommendations for management planning and next steps.
Communication logs for contacts and next steps to complete activity.

Additional comments:

This position requires close attention to detail, prompt follow-up, and the ability to interact with technology in R&D teams. This includes mid manager level up to executive level. In addition, this position requires clear communication (verbal, written, presentation), the ability to influence stakeholders, the ability to identify slow change factors and remediations
