As a
Channel Marketing Manager, Consumer
youll be responsible for Develop and execute go-to-market and marketing plan to drive sales growth for commercial team

What youll do





Plan, Develop, Initiate and Execute marketing programs and activities in multiple channels for growth



Responsible for managing, allocating and planning the annual marketing budgets, investments and resources for growth


Ensure Consumer Channel sales target delivery and be agile to reshape plan responsively.

Conduct product performance analysis in both online and offline channel / Analyze distribution gaps, reach/need for partner addition and opportunities for different product portfolios


Develops effective go-to-market strategies and approaches



Ensures that customer NPS is at target level



Spearheads the capability development program of the sales force



Your qualifications



Over 5 years of relevant/related experience in the trade marketing/channel marketing/brand marketing field



Excellent problem solving skills



Excellent interpersonal skills/ team player



Can drive strategy into action/implementation via key stakeholders



Can adapt fast to changes
