Job Description - ChatBot Developer Location: Madison, NJ - Hybrid Duration: 6+ months Interview- F2F Position Summary: Responsibilities include:Chatbot creation, configuration, testing, release and maintenance Lead the design and development of chatbots from concept through implementation (creation and configuration), release, including continual analysis and improvement with subsequent releases Work with business groups to capture needs of users who use the chatbots to obtain answers to questions Interpret and analyze live transcript and other input data with the goal of identifying user intents behind questions asked Document, build, test, release, test, and continually improve new intents and dialog flows using IBM Watson Assistant Communicate plans, issues, risks, and schedules for meeting milestones Keep involved in developing new learning of chatbot features and technologies Develop meaningful analytic conclusions and recommend innovative solutions Required Qualifications5 years technical business analyst experience Strong problem-solving skills Experience in capturing requirements and documenting them Extensive experience working with Excel spreadsheets for analyzing data Demonstrated experience designing flows of dialogs Experience in working with REST API calls, JSON, and systems integration Ability to interpret data into actionable recommendations Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, strong attention to detail Ability to view and interpret the system view and see varied stakeholder perspectives Ability to build strong working relationships with and work with several levels of staff and management of various disciplines Self-motivated and autonomous worker Strong, fluent English in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated experience working with a diversely-disciplined technical team
