We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at our renowned Captain's Quarters restaurant atop THE TOWER resort! As our Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing a variety of menu items and ensuring that all food is cooked to order and served in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and specifications as well as temperature guidelines.
• Cook a variety of proteins, such as beef, chicken, and seafood, to order and to the desired temperature.
• Prepare sides, sauces, and garnishes to accompany menu items.
• Work with other kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared and served accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of previous experience as a chef or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and methods.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
