OnLogic is looking for a seasoned Chef to run our new employee cafe, as part of the expansion into a brand new building in South Burlington, Vermont. This person will be responsible for all aspects of cafe production and food service, while simultaneously creating a welcoming atmosphere for fellow employees. The Chef will implement new systems, build a team of support staff, and, most importantly, create high quality, tasty food for our employees!
On an average day, you'll...
- Plan, prepare & serve consistently high quality lunch for employees
- Establish & prepare to-go dinner service
- Procure & keep inventory of all necessary food items
- Maintain & stock office snack areas
- Manage cafe budget
- Supervise cafe team
- Ensure clean & functional workspace
- Interface directly with employees during meal times
Requirements
- At least 3 years of kitchen leadership experience
- Ability to develop, setup, and implement kitchen systems and protocols
- Experience building and fostering positive relationships with other employees, vendors, and teams
- Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Benefits
The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
