SIGN ON BONUS: $20,000
This position is actively involved, at the senior executive level, in the leadership of the organization. Organizing and administering areas of Patient Care Services to attain the hospital's objectives established by the Governing Body. Implementing standards of nursing practice reviewing and revising as necessary. Performing all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety. Planning and coordinating with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer, Governing body, medical staff, and Department Heads. Develop and implement standard of care relevant to patient services and personnel. Supervise all personnel who deliver direct patient services. Coordinates all patient services. Retain quality personnel through hiring, training and evaluation of program.
Requirements
Required: Registered Nurse who has a Master's degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing, or its equivalent from a school of nursing accredited by the National League for Nursing, or be qualified by education and experience in the care of the mentally ill. RN license, CPR, Handle with Care (30 days to obtain from hire). Experience in Senior Management level duties and a minimum of 1 year experience in psych.
Annual wage range salary $100k - $150k
