Leading the design, development and maintenance of our consumer-facing digital experiences. Creating processes for the frontend development team to improve the experience of the overall platform coherently and autonomously. Driving ongoing feature enhancements to our software product, to support the evolving business needs of our customers and prospects. Defining team roles and responsibilities, setting goals, roadmaps and cycles. Making firm architectural decisions around the technology the companys new experiences will be built upon. Creating an environment of constant learning and iterative improvement, with team-level goals aligned with the objectives of the company. Collaborating with sales, marketing, customers and technology partners to deeply understand, document, analyze and synthesize customer needs into product priorities, roadmap plans and detailed specifications. Maintaining product feature development roadmap for defining engineering lifecycles as a result of interviews with customers, end users and sales prospects and leading product teams, specifically product road mapping and strategy, vision alignment, hiring and running a team, defining team roles and responsibilities, settings goals, roadmaps and cycles and creating processes for teams to improve the experience of the overall platform coherently and autonomously. Analyzing market research data and competition to decipher market trends for product direction using engagement metric measurement software and market analysis reports to influence technical decision making in product development. Leading the growth and influence of our Product Management team. Creating processes for our product management team to consistently discover new customer problems, triage and identify stemming opportunities resulting in new products and features to include taking responsibility for running and reporting of all strategic business development initiatives and product development. Crafting, growing and encouraging the vision and strategy of the Product team. Facilitating changes to our company engineering workflow and processes focused on improving transparency, velocity and autonomy, aligning to wider company goals. Defining the processes in which we engage and learn from our customers and internal team through quantitative and qualitative data, creating a culture of iterative improvement in our product. Performing solution architecting to include planning and decomp of a full-stack application and refining the company product vision, breaking down high level goals into achievable tasks for delegation to technical engineering teams. Assisting in the development of software product development life cycle framework from ideation to launch to include performing Web Engineering, specifically JAMStack, Next.js, React, Typescript, Tailwind, Node.js, REST APIs and API integration with third-party vendors. Growing and leading our Design team. Hiring a multidisciplinary team of designers to elevate our brand, product and marketing experiences to include defining and leading corporate branding including creative direction and producing brand style guides and guidelines, both internal and external. Encouraging a culture of design and design thinking across the company. Performing Digital Product (Software) Design in Figma, utilizing UI, UX and Design Systems to create a scalable product design ecosystem in order to define the visual direction of our product through Product Design and designing cybersecurity software, in solution verticals including vulnerability and risk mitigation. Providing visual support resources to other departments (Marketing, Sales, etc.) Will travel 5% US to meet with partners and project stakeholders.
Experience must have included Defining and leading corporate branding including creative direction and producing brand style guides and guidelines, both internal and external; Performing Digital Product (Software) Design in Figma, utilizing UI, UX and Design Systems to create a scalable product design ecosystem; Leading Product teams, specifically product road mapping and strategy, vision alignment, hiring and running a team, defining team roles and responsibilities, settings goals, roadmaps and cycles and creating processes for teams to improve the experience of the overall platform coherently and autonomously; Product Management including, taking responsibility for running and reporting of all strategic business development initiatives and product development; Performing Web Engineering, specifically JAMStack, Next.js, React, Typescript, Tailwind, Node.js, REST APIs and API integration with third-party vendors; Designing Cybersecurity software, in solution verticals including vulnerability and risk mitigation; and Performing solution architecting to include planning and decomp of a full-stack application.
Requires 4 years of experience in Job Offered or related. Alternatively, will accept Bachelors (or foreign educ. equiv.) Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related field and two (2) years of experience in job offered or a related field.
