Job Description
We are looking for a Chief of Staff for Human Resources, who will be based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

In this highly visible and strategic role, you will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and play a critical role in our organization, acting as a strategic partner and advisor to the CHRO and the H.R. leadership team. This role will be instrumental in driving our global HR strategy as you will be responsible for leading and executing key H.R. initiatives and projects while ensuring they are aligned with our overall company goals and objectives.

What youll do


Strategic planning; develop and implement global H.R. strategies and initiatives that drive business success

Oversee and manage key strategic HR projects; ensuring the deliverables are completed successfully and on time, within budget, and status reports and other documentation meet quality standards

Collaborate with the H.R. leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the key strategic H.R. projects andinitiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives, supported by in-depth research and analysis

Manage H.R. leadership team meetings and agendas, track action items and follow up on deliverables

Monitor and report on H.R. performance metrics and provide recommendations for performance improvement

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, lead by influencing

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, keep up to date with latest developments in labor law and H.R. best practices

Your qualifications


Experience working as PMO in HR, as HR Consultant or as HR Chief of Staff; proficient in HR project / programmanagement, or related field, incl. project planning, execution and monitoring

Game changer/ Innovative thinker: proven ability to think/act outside the box, deliver new ideas and ways of working with demonstrated business impact

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Excellent analytical, organization and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment

Relationship builder with strong stakeholder management skills, demonstrating impact at senior leadership level

Proficiency in HR systems and tools, including HRIS, ATS, and performance management systems

Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and regulations

University Bachelor's (Master preferred) degree in Human Resources or related field + degree in Engineering preferred
