Encompass Teachers plan and implement a curriculum that is focused on play and children's interests. With the support and direction of our Center Directors, you will receive ongoing employee training, program support, and professional development opportunities. Our Teachers provide the very best in early education and care for our children, showing them how to learn through play and having fun.

What does a Child Care Teacher at Encompass do?

Encompass Teachers plan and implement a curriculum that is focused on play and children's interests. Our Teachers provide the very best in early education and care for our children, showing them how to learn through play and having fun.

The ideal child care teacher has:

High school diploma required
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education preferred but not required
A desire to provide the very best early education and child care for children
Training provided for those passionate about early education!

De Pere Center Lawrence Drive in West De Pere: One Year Old Teacher
The Rosebush Center University Ave in East Green Bay: Infant/Toddler Float Teacher & Preschool Teachers (3-5)
The Cornerstone Center Broadway in Downtown Green Bay: Preschool Teachers (3-5)
Ruth Helf Center Main Street in West Green Bay: Preschool Teachers (3-5)
Bellin Health Center - Webster Ave in East Green Bay: Two Year Old Teacher
Hours based upon the location (not to go outside of business hours Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm)
