The Sunshine House is seeking Child Care Director for our school off Wade Hampton Blvd. in Taylors. No nights or weekends. And make a difference every day. We are hiring immediately!

Salary range: $37,000-$42,000 per year, based on experience, education and credentials. Bonus potential.

Childcare Director Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility.
• Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators.
• Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Oversee the implementation of our curriculum.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and the community.

Requirements

• Minimum of an Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Previous experience in a licensed childcare center.
• At least one year of previous management experience.
• Proficient computer skills in a variety of business related programs, including Microsoft Office.
