Childcare Director | Woodruff

The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Daycare Director for its beautiful, new preschool in Woodruff, near Simpsonville! If youre passionate about positively impacting the lives of others, the Center Director role may be for you. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you!

Salary range: $40,000-$55,000, based on experience, education and credentials. Position includes bonus potential.

Daycare Director Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility.
• Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators.
• Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Oversee the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally-appropriate play and classroom environments.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and community contacts.
• Leverage your business, sales, and marketing savvy to grow and operate your school.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of childcare management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Strong administrative, supervisory & leadership skills with a talent for building relationships.
• A passion for providing high-quality care and education to children.
