Family-based, boutique wellness center located in Plymouth, MN, seeks highly motivated, organized, compassionate, reliable leader to run front desk operations. Often referred to as the quarterback, this highly desired front-of-the-house position is central to the success and efficiency of clinic operations and client experience. This patient-facing position requires excellent customer service skills and experience in a high-volume, fast-paced atmosphere. Previous experience in sales, health care, fitness, or salon/spa management is requested. Wellness Center services include chiropractic care, massage therapy, functional health services, supplementation, and educational events within a faith-based setting of all female providers.

Requirements

• Deliver clear, confident communication with patients and potential patients both in person, over the phone, and via email/text message.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
• Organize the schedule and daily operations for 4 providers (50-60 patients/day)
• Master the patient process, successfully guide patients through the process and keep them on track with plans they have committed to.
• Exude strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced setting.
• Possess high proficiency of computer software programs Word, Excel, Outlook, Slack, Google Drive; and ability to rapidly learn patient management software system and text/scheduling app.
• Ensure patients are scheduled out on the programs they have committed to.
• Confidently deliver care plans to patients for financial commitment
• Work within a faith based team of doctors and staff committed to excellence in patient care standards

Benefits

Hours: Approximately 35 hours/week

Pay: $20/hr starting
