Hire Resolve is a specialist recruitment firm that is looking for a Civil Engineer - Geotechnical to join their clients team of experts in the Civil Engineering indstry.
The perfect candidate will have experience in the Civil Engineering industry and focus on the technical design and analysis of site and building foundations. The successful candidate will be an active member of the multi-disciplinary team and will work on exciting new projects to advance his or her career. Responsibilities
- Perform technical design and analysis for geotechnical projects
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide solutions to clients
- Conduct site investigations and geotechnical assessments
- Prepare technical reports and proposals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage budgets and project timelines
- Undertake risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigationg
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
- Strong technical foundation in soil mechanics and rock mechanics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Knowledge of geotechnical software such as Slope/W.
- Familiarity with Australian design standards.
