LINQM is excited to be able to add a Civil Engineer to the team. We are looking for dependable, cutting edge, and positive influential people to join the team.



 



Responsibilities:




  • Manage multiple projects throughout planning, design, bid, and construction phases 

  • Define and plan project work scope, schedules, budget, and resource requirements 

  • Independently develop high quality engineering products including construction document drawings, specifications, narratives, and calculations (i.e. grading, drainage, layout and geometric design, paving, and site utilities, etc.) 

  • Effectively and proactively communicate project needs, changes, and status to internal and external members team members 

  • Review drawings and proposals by vendors, engineers, and architects, and drive multi-disciplinary coordination



 



Person:




  • 5 years of architecture experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Concentration in Civil)

  • Professional Engineer Reginstration

  • Experience in civil engineering design, stormwater management plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP), heavy civil, wastewater, and manufacturing operational construction

  • Site development background with experience in design of roadway, grading, pavement, sewer, storm drainage, water, erosion and sediment control, and traffic plans

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D for civil site design

  • Working knowledge of OSHA and IBC codes
