Class A drivers with at least 3 months experience needed to run for one of the largest E-Commerce
Freight is 100% no touch and drivers will run New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Delaware, Maryland, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Ohio and Kentucky.
Drivers will be through the house 1, maybe 2 nights per week and will get 48 hours off (except for busy season when it is 34-48 hours - busy season is October-December-drivers make more during busy season)
Once driver is assigned a schedule that will be their schedule going forward.
Please note that during the busy period (November and December) drivers may have to run sixth day.
PAY

$19/stop. (20 stops per week on avg)
$1345 weekly avg
$70,000 yearly avg
$1,200 guaranteed for the first 8 weeks upon completion of training for a 5 day work week.
1 week of training and will pay $1000 for the week.
Driver paid $5000 sign on bonus paid out as follows:
TIME OFF/ SHIFTS
The account operates 7 days a week, both day and night.
Off Off 1.5 - 2 days. Will work the weekend. Once on a schedule days off will be consistent weekly.
Mostly night driving. Starting between late afternoon to 2am at the latest.
Freight patterns consist of regional type runs, estimated 4 nights out per week.
POSITION DETAILS
Drivers must be flexible due to customers service requirements.
100% drop and hook at customer DC and 10% live load/unload at 3rd party backhaul locations.
No touch freight
Driver will be picking up (drop/hook) loaded trailer from customer DC's and delivering to UPS, Fedex and other customer DC's.
Drivers will be required to make 3rd party backhaul pickups coming back to the Philadelphia Metro, Lehigh Valley, and North Jersey areas when available.
Account will consist of both drop/hook and live unloads depending on store volumes.
On-time service is critical for customer. On-time pickup, transit and delivery monitored
Drivers may operate within New York City, Long Island and Staten Island. (15-20%)
Dynamic routing. (routes vary)
Account is a 24/7 operation.
Automatic Freightliners and Internationals
Additional Details:
Possibility of slip seating during training.
6th days during Nov-Dec and in July for Prime week.
Drivers will be required to work intermodal, support other DCS accounts, or 3rd party loads when volume is low.
Driver must provide all transportation to and from work.
Trucks are parked at the yard in Joppa (713 Chesapeake Ave, Baltimore MD) for time off
NOTE DRIVERS MUST LIVE WITHIN 50 Miles of Baltimore zip code 21201
Requirements
Drivers must have 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience in the last 6 months or 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience in the last 12 months
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years with no more than one being serious in the last 3 years
No more than 3 minor accidents/incidents in the past 3 years
* Major Preventable Accident Definition - Damage totaling $25,000 or more
Are eligible for hire if have completed SAP program and have one year driving with another carrier since offense
No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years, note, the number of jobs can exceed 6 if the applicant just went to orientation or they had a lay-off, or worked somewhere for over one year
