We are looking for a Class A Powerhouse Engineer licensed in Philadelphia. The Powerhouse Engineer performs all tasks in relation to the operation and management of the powerhouse and all related equipment including Water treatment, Dual Fuel High Pressure Boiler, Turbine Generator, and associated Switchgear. In addition, the Powerhouse Engineer will ensure proper record keeping and maintenance.
Operation and maintenance, of a High-Pressure steam boilers and turbine generator. Understand and follow appropriate codes, laws, and rules.
Master associated mechanical and electrical control systems, pumps, water treatment, piping of steam and hot water systems and safety devices used to maintain and safely operate equipment.
Requirements
Philadelphia Engineer Grade A license
High School Graduate.
Min 5 years experience on a High-Pressure Boiler with Electric Generation
US work authorization
Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings.
Physical requirements- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, open valves, push buttons, climb stairs.
