Established in 2013, Savvy Cleaning Company is a premier move out cleaning service. We specialize in move out cleaning for homes, townhouses, condos, apartments, etc. We not only offer solutions for individuals, but also for apartment complexes or larger communities.

We offer a family friendly Monday-Friday with full-time opportunities and flexible part-time schedules. Responsibilities of the Cleaning Technician

  Cleaner's pick up keys from the apartment leasing office to clean assigned units.

  
  


• 
  

  Wiping inside and outside stoves, ovens, fridges, microwaves, and dishwashers.

  
  


• 
  

  Cleaning inside and outside shower, tub, toilet, and bathroom cabinets.

  
  


• 
  

  Dusting all blinds, baseboards, and ceiling fans.

  
  


• 
  

  Cleaning mirrors, windows, and faces of outlets.

  
  


• 
  

  Scrubbing hard to clean spots on the floor, sweeping, and mopping.

  Demonstrating mastery of our cleaning process and meeting your time goal

  
  

Skills of the Cleaning Technician

• 
  

  Ability to handle equipment and tools used in cleaning

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours

  Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods

Compensation

The pay schedule is biweekly (Every other Thursday)

$8.00/hour during training

$8.50/hour after graduating first phase of training (Approx. 2 - 4 weeks)

$9.00/hour after passing your cleaning inspection training (Approx. 3 weeks)

You can earn up to $10.00/hour within the first 4 months by mastering our inspection process and demonstrating proficiency in our clubhouse cleaning process.  

Once you have achieved these goals, additional raises are available to motivated workers. 

You will also be reimbursed $0.20/mile for miles driven while clocked in. For tax purposes, you should keep an annual log of business miles. You may be allowed to use them as a deductible expense.
