We are seeking a Client Alignment Specialist to assist the team with analyzing the clients’ IT infrastructure needs and requirements to provide strategic IT roadmaps and to develop and implement custom solutions to our clients’ complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. This position will bridge the gap between technical expertise and effective client communication.

Job responsibilities and duties include:
Work with the vCIO to develop comprehensive IT roadmaps aligning technical solutions with client objectives.

Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning.

Provide staff and users with assistance solving computer-related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems.

Provide strategic recommendations to optimize the client's IT infrastructure and achieve their business goals.

Translate technical complexities into accessible, non-technical language for clients, ensuring clear understanding and effective decision-making.

Use the computer in the analysis and solution of business problems, such as development of integrated production and inventory control and cost analysis systems.

Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.

Assist in formulating IT budgets, considering necessary upgrades, improvements, and future requirements.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs a computer program is to address.

Prepare and deliver presentations, technical documentation, and reports tailored to the client's level of technical understanding.

Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs a computer program is to address.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical insights and align solutions with client needs.


THIS POSITION HAS NO DIRECT REPORTS.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Management, System Administration, Computer Information Systems, or any related IT field of study, plus at least one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained.

Qualified applicants must also have demonstratable proficiency, skill, experience, or knowledge with the following:

IT infrastructure and solutions.
Client communications and reporting utilizing one or more of the following: ManageEngine’s ServiceDesk, Beyond Cloud, Bomgar or BeyondTrust Remote Support.
Demonstrated experience working with and maintaining client relationships.
IT management tools and applications including two or more of the following: PRTG, Lansweeper, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, VMware, Zix, Active Directory, ConnectWise, Auvik, PowerShell, RVTools, or Cisco Meraki.
Project management and project organization including two or more of the following: Smartsheet, Jabber, or ServiceDesk Plus.
Working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
