Matachica LLC seeks a Client Aviation Manager in Petaluma, CA. Job duties include: Operate aircraft along planned routes in accordance with flight plans and FAA regulations. Conduct pre-flight aircraft inspections, confer with flight dispatchers regarding flight conditions, and coordinate flight activities with ground crews and air traffic control. Direct and manage crews regarding flight details, such as destinations and responsibilities. Coordinate fuel supplies, loads, routes, and schedules to ensure safety and efficiency of flights. Determine optimal flight routes, altitudes, and speeds.

Candidates must have at least two years of professional experience working in piloting, avionics, and flight operations within the aviation industry. Must have at least two years of experience operating aircraft and managing flight operations on domestic and international routes. Must have at least two years of experience directing the maintenance and operation of aircraft and ensuring that all operating and navigation equipment is functioning safely. Must have at least two years of experience performing complex mathematical calculations to determine optimal flight plans in terms of safety and efficiency. Must have at least two years of experience assessing weather conditions and fuel requirements and ensuring the safety of passengers and onboard cargo. Must have at least 3,000 hours of total flight time and at least 1,500 hours as pilot-in-command. Must possess FAA type rating for BBD-700 series aircraft and possess at least 500 hours of total flight time piloting BBD-700 series aircraft, including at least 250 hours of instrument time. Must possess an FAA Airline Transport Pilot license and a First-Class FAA Medical Certificate. Must be proficient in ARINCDirect, ForeFlight, and JetInsight.
