We have an immediate opening for an HVAC Client Care Representative. This position requires someone who is a self-driver, able to spot problems and find solutions, someone who holds themselves accountable for a high quality work product. If this sounds like you then we'd like you to apply!
Primary Job Function: This role is essentially the office "multi-tool". The teammate who can do it all! When fully staffed, the role will include answering incoming calls, scheduling service calls, educating clients on maintenance agreements or various products and services, and other project based work. When we are down a team member, you will be first in line to meet the need. This includes billing, scheduling service calls, dispatching, and scheduling/communicating installation projects. All teammates are expected to have clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company clients, including keeping clients appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.
Work Hours: 8.00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime as needed
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experienced in answering multiple line phone system
- Prior dispatching, scheduling, process management or project management experience required
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Experience with mapping is a plus
- Knowledge of HVAC industry is preferred
