Role Overview

The primary responsibility is to provide day-to-day support to Directors, Managers and Senior Associates across a range of accounts and create significant impact on our clients businesses. An Associate supports the business units goals by delighting clients with great work and ensuring efficient delivery.
The role includes preparation of questionnaires, presentations and reports as well as internal responsibilities such as project management. The role also includes an introduction to client engagement and consultancy.


Role Description

You will suit this role if you have a passion for learning and developing knowledge and skills across a range of brand enhancement and create meaningful impact on our clients businesses. Your contributions to the team are:

Project management and general administration of the end-to-end research project.

Responsible for maintenance of normative databases, for coordinating & monitoring accurate and timely delivery of scripts, charting, fieldwork & data provision from relevant departments.

Account management responsible for the accurate & timely delivery of accounts outputs including data tables, workshops, presentations, and reports.

Works efficiently by planning, reviewing, improving and streamlining processes & systems without compromising quality.

Analysis & research expertise understand data from various sources, implements research solutions to drive meaningful insight for clients needs and their business.

Client management & consultancy; apply basic level of knowledge and understanding of your clients and their business in all interactions with clients, and deliverables and analysis conducted for them.
Equally important, you will be required to actively participate in series of trainings, mentorship, examinations, and work practices at all Kantar divisions.


WHAT TO BRING


You are passionate to demonstrate your enthusiasm in developing a career in the world of consumer data and insights.

Highly organized person to be able to juggle multiple projects and ensure timely client delivery.

You have a with a keen eye for the minutiae detailed oriented.

You possess a solid analytical skill; comfortable dealing with numbers, big data, and keen to learn how to turn data into compelling insights.

Dedicated, energetic, and is willing to put extra efforts at work with high achievement and result orientation.

You have a strong communication skill (verbally and written) as your confident in speaking to the team, clients, and partners is critical.

Be willing to learn by your own rather than waiting to be taught.



Role Requirements



Holds minimum Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience from Communication Research, Marketing, Statistics, Math, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Mass Communication, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.

You are a fresh graduate or have less than 1-2 year(s) working experience.

Fluent in Japanese, Basic Business Level in English.

Computer literate, especially in projects/statistics related applications, advanced MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint would be preferred.
