Au croisement des services Client Service et Production | Management aux Oprations | Physiquement, alternativement dans son quipe Client Delivery et dans son quipe Client Service
Responsabilits:
Servicing
client: o Point de contact du client pour les questions techniques et sur l'utilisation de MyWo Aide la prparation des analyses et prsentations, en collaboration avec le consultant
Expert des livrables client: o Contact direct avec le client pour le conseiller sur ses demandes ncessitant l'intervention des quipes Operationso Mise en place et mise jour des livrables clients (attributs, hirarchies & stories) sur un portefeuille de client abonns
Responsable de la satisfaction client sur tous les aspects du
delivery (faisabilit, planning et contrles qualit)o Qualit des bases sur tous les panels : Contrles qualit des bases pour valider la conformit et prparation des rponses aux clients en cas de questionso Suivi de PRMo Suivi de la charge sur les diffrentes missions (Attribution, MyWp, relationnel client)
Profil recherch:
Comptences de communication et d'organisation -Esprit d'quipe-Bon relationnel au sein des quipes Oprations et Commerciales-Capacit parler le langage de chaque partie prenante-Bonne communication sur les temps forts & prio commerciales et lies aux livrables
Comptences techniques et analytiques -Esprit logique-Bonne comprhension des diffrentes donnes de Worldpanel-Bonne matrise des fonctionalits My Worldpanel-Capacit de synthse-Capacit proposer des solutions techniques rpondant aux besoins du client
Rmunration: 27,000 EUR brut annuels
