CLIENT EXECUTIVE - MULTINATIONAL

Marsh is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Executive to join our Multinational team operating out of our Dubai office. As a Client Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our relationships with multinational clients, ensuring they receive exceptional risk management and insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs.

We will rely on you to:



Client Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong relationships with multinational clients by understanding their business objectives, risk profiles, and insurance needs.


Risk Assessment
: Analyze clients' risk exposures and collaborate with Marsh's internal teams to develop comprehensive risk management strategies.


Insurance Solutions
: Work closely with underwriters to design and negotiate insurance programs that provide acceptable coverage while optimizing cost-effectiveness.


Contract Review
: Review and advise clients on insurance contracts, policy terms, and conditions to ensure alignment with their risk mitigation goals.


Market Intelligence
: Stay updated on market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes that may impact clients' businesses.


Cross-Selling
: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and products offered by Marsh, such as employee benefits, cyber risk management, and claims advocacy.


Compliance
: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, providing guidance to clients on risk and insurance-related compliance issues.


Client Education
: Educate clients on risk management best practices and provide regular updates on their insurance programs' performance.


Reporting
: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to clients on their risk profiles, claims experience, and insurance program performance.


What you need to have:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in insurance brokerage or risk management, with a focus on multinational clients.

Strong knowledge of insurance products, including Property & Casualty, Liability, and Employee Benefits.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex risk scenarios.

Understanding of UAE insurance regulations and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in MS office tools.

Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM, CIC) is a plus.
