Role Purpose


Develop your knowledge and understanding into deeper expertise and begin to take ownership of aspects of our delivery to clients.

Role Requirements & Capabilities



Key deliverables:

Provide an excellent day-to-day service to your client(s) through taking successful ownership of the quality of our regular deliverables and delivery of regular briefs.
Prioritise your time to meet the day-to-day needs of your clients to ensure that they see maximum value from Kantar within the scope of their service.
Personally contribute to the commercial success of the business through delivery against specified financial target.
Contribute to the commercial success of your business unit through identifying and flagging upsell opportunities.
Proactively track commercial activity within Salesforce ensuring that opportunities are recorded and kept up to date.
Develop a strong knowledge of our core capabilities and platform functionality to allow you to take independent ownership of training for clients.
Demonstrate the ability and confidence to consistently take day to day projects from initial client brief to quality insight delivery with only light touch oversight from others in the team.
Monitor and escalate data queries and challenges.
Establish strong relationships with your key day-to-day contacts and become trusted to identify and deliver against their core needs.
Own your own development by actively participating in learning opportunities, attending relevant training courses, and maintaining a live PDP with your line manager.
Contribution to client account plans, ensuring that clients see continuous progression in the service they receive from Kantar.
Develop expertise of your client(s) business and category to enhance the service provided to your client(s) and help build the knowledge of your wider team.
Collaborate with other teams within Worldpanel to apply their capabilities to your clients requirements.

Person Specification

A passion and enthusiasm for the industry, clients and providing an excellent level of service.
The skills to analyse data and build insight led and actionable presentations.
Strong people skills and engaging communication style to enable you to build meaningful relationships with both your colleagues, clients and across the business.
Self-starter in ownership of self-development, prepared to seek out and act upon feedback.
Ability to help identify, develop, and close commercial opportunities.
Excellent organisation and communication skills to effectively manage the day-to-day workload and deadlines from clients.
A solid knowledge of the foundations of our dataset, wider analysis, and delivery platforms.
