Operations Support Rep IV- Description: Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. Follows up with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the company product or service Job Responsibilities: Candidates will be working on and resolving time sensitive/complex tickets. 40-60 tickets/daily. Experience specific to the credit/debit industry. Skills: - Time management, Prioritization skills, communication skills, problem solving skills, collaboration skills.
- Candidates need to be able to work in a fast pace, high sense of urgency environment.
- Candidates have to have situational adaptability, be interpersonal savvy, and resilient.
