Job Title: Client Relationship ManagerHire Type: FTE/Permanent Location: NY, NJ - (Hybrid/Onsite)Experience: 10+ Years Job Description- 5 to 10 years of experience selling services in Banking and BFSI and not more than 19 years. Must be a Hunter profile that builds up from scratch. Experience selling to executives in enterprise-level banks or Financial Service companies. They would be a good fit if they came from similar companies for example (Wipro, Hexaware, Mindtree, Infosys, Capgemini, LTI, Client, Client Syntel, NTT Data) Must have sold to major banks in the last year in the local area in the BSFI domain. Experience selling large deals of 5mil or more and a portfolio of 20 to 25 million. Who are we looking for? A seasoned Sales Professional with exceptional track record in tech sales and in opening new relationships in the Banking and Financial space. A successful candidate should have had a high degree of success in opening, acquiring, managing, and growing a book of business from scratch; and experience in leading clients through large transformation initiatives, by helping them reimagine and reinvent their business for improved profitability and operational excellence. She/he would work with our Portfolio Teams and Tribes to bring the best of Mphasis to clients, by crafting the go-to-market strategy, identifying the playing field, shaping the most suitable proposition and building a qualified sales pipeline. This role is tasked with rapid business expansion with strong impetus on origination to deal closure. What you ll be doing Identify market potential via a thorough strategic planning process Leverage past relationships and references towards lead generation Generate leads and identify new opportunities with new clients, and strategic partners Build rapport with potential account stakeholders, including CXO level relationships, showcasing our offerings and anticipating objections. Opportunity identification and ownership; validation and qualification Who we re looking for Experience selling into accounts with a focus on Banking & Financial Services offerings. Ability to brings teams together, high-energy sales execution, strong problem-solving skills Above average business insights, executive/boardroom presence and outstanding judgment. Entrepreneurial spirit, get-the-job-done attitude, professionalism, team-player Ability to devise and articulate a unique and compelling value proposition that articulates short and long-term business and financial value of a relationship with Mphasis Ability to build active relationships across Mphasis organization with key stakeholders such as delivery, consulting, senior management, practice-units, external vendors/partners, third-party advisors etc.
