Job Details

We are seeking dynamic Insights professional with min 12-14 years research experience to join our team! Ideal candidates for the role will have experience managing multiple clients, stakeholders with a passion for working with clients. Should have demonstrated managing successful client partnerships with strong business acumen. Experience with Travel & Tourism sector is a must for this role.
This role offers a unique & exciting opportunity to learn and grow with a dynamic team & a growing sector in the region.

This role would require sound understanding of the sector, ability to triangulate multiple sources of data, ability to understand & address business questions like a trusted advisor.

The role requires the Client partner to lead and influence our clients from Travel & Tourism sector, connect with multiple buying points and stakeholders to build visibility and affinity towards Kantar and have an active business development mindset. Given the sector dynamics in the region, the lead needs to be innovative and entrepreneurial in their approach.

The account lead would also need to be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment.


Key Responsibilities


This role is based out of Dubai. As an Associate Director, you would partner key clients from Travel & Tourism sector for Kantar Insights, Middle East.

In this role, specifically, you will:
Develop and deploy business plan/client plans that will help develop & grow key client relationships
Report to the Kantar MENA board on a regular basis on progress against set KPIs
Be able to spot opportunities & draft proposals based on client needs
Bring in strong marketing & brand perspective to client engagements.
Be the face of Kantar Insights for client, understand their business questions, identify opportunities and be able to propose solutions to answer client business challenges.
Add value by providing perspectives, POVs, expertise from the sector to enhance the overall relationship.
Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive client engagement.
Guide client servicing teams interpret and triangulate multiple data sources to tell a comprehensive story to meaningfully address client business objectives.
