McCullough Law is seeking a full-time Client Relations Assistant to join our fast-growing company and provide exceptional, elevated support to the Client Relations Coordinator to ensure client goals and objectives are met. Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to the Client Relations Coordinator
• Assists with building client relationships by ensuring client records are timely and accurately maintained
• Assists with meeting preparation
• Consolidates and summarizes meeting notes for firm wide use
• Ensures all deadlines are met or exceeded
• Thoroughly follows up and follows through on assignments to completion

Requirements

• Two or more years of professional legal, finance, healthcare, or business experience required
• Ability to manage and execute work with outstanding organization and time-management
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite
• CRM experience preferred
• Must have professional appearance and demeanor
• Applicants must be available to work onsite, Monday Friday 8:25 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

• Pay range $18-$22/hour DOE*
