An exciting career in the language access industry is waiting for you. The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for the maintenance and support of existing accounts as well as the development of new business relationships.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handling a variety of customer service requests and questions via email and telephone
- Working closely with customers and vendors
- Providing in-depth system training for customers
- Developing relationships with existing clients as well as potential new clients
- Seeking new opportunities with existing business relationships as well as new relationships
Qualified candidates must possess:
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Effective time management skills
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Excel and Word
Qualified candidates must be able to:
- Work effectively with co-workers, customers, and vendors in a positive manner at all times
- Comfortably make outbound phone calls as well as answering inbound phone calls
- Establish rapport with existing and new clients
Experience:
- At least 3 years of Customer Service experience (not retail)
- Prefer at least 3-5 years of experience working in a professional office environment
- Experience with QuickBase or other database software a plus
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
There may be occasional travel as needed to support customers located throughout the U.S.
