Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients through regular communications such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Ensure that all clients receive prompt and professional responses to their inquiries and needs, and provide follow-up as necessary. Help with settlements by obtaining client signatures and issuing disbursement checks. Participate in marketing and business development activities aimed at increasing the firm's visibility and expanding its client base. Monitor client feedback and provide suggestions to improve the firm's service delivery. Create and maintain accurate records of all client interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to ensure that clients receive seamless service and support. Requirements At least 2-3 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues, make recommendations, and implement solutions. Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is preferred.
