Responsibilities (ie. What youll be doing):
  • You'll be our 'closer'the driving force in our acquisitionsby seeking out every opportunity to close more deals
  • Deliver a truly exceptional experience to all our prospects and clients
  • Convert prospects into loyal clients over the phone in a courteous and professional manner
  • Stay in regular contact with prospects via phone calls, email, and text messaging to ensure they sell their next home to us
  • Adhere to best-in-class response times while staying in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Keep our CRM up-to-date by entering data accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Help out with other tasks as they come up we're all about teamwork here!

Requirements

Requirements (ie. What you need):

  • Active real estate license in Ohio (required) and Kentucky (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and approach to life
  • Ability to spot details others may miss (ie. detail-oriented)
  • Open to learning new things and willing to embrace every opportunity to grow and improve
  • Thrive in a team setting and genuinely enjoy collaborating with others to achieve shared goals

  • Communicator - you're at ease speaking with leads on the phone, or communicating via email, text, etc. Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or call center environment managing high lead volumes
  • Organized - your strong organizational and time management skills coupled with attention to detail make you a productive powerhouse
  • Tech-savvy - you're familiar with CRM, email, and other systems like Salesforce and Google
  • Bilingual - youre fluent in Spanishboth written and verbal (its a plus but not required)
  • Unicorn Enthusiast - you appreciate a good dose of humor and have an affinity for mythical creatures!

Benefits

We offer a base salary plus a competitive commission-based pay structure, in addition to excellent benefits including full medical, dental, vision, life insurance and STD/LTD, 401(k) + company match, and three weeks of PTO to start.
