Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including meeting with them regularly, understanding their needs, and providing them with excellent customer service.
- Set sales quotas and goals for the sales team and track their progress towards achieving those goals.
- Oversee and direct the performance of the sales team, providing them with training, support, and motivation.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that the company's products and services meet the needs of customers.
- Represent the company at trade shows and other industry events.
Requirements Qualifications/Skills - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetic industry.
- Strong understanding of the cosmetic industry and the competitive landscape.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
