Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including meeting with them regularly, understanding their needs, and providing them with excellent customer service.
  • Set sales quotas and goals for the sales team and track their progress towards achieving those goals.
  • Oversee and direct the performance of the sales team, providing them with training, support, and motivation.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that the company's products and services meet the needs of customers.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and other industry events.

Requirements

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetic industry.
  • Strong understanding of the cosmetic industry and the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
