Job Title: Client Service Advisor - Banking
Location: Boston, MA

Job Summary:
The Client Service Advisor will provide excellent customer service and support to high net worth clients of the Bank. The role involves responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email, providing technical assistance on banking products and services, and processing financial transactions. The role requires working under pressure with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners.
Respond to complex or difficult customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Provide technical assistance on banking products and services, such as account opening, billing, contracts, etc.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations as well as bank policies and procedures.
Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Obtain customer feedback and recommend product improvements based on customer service data.
Coordinate with other departments on client-related matters.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. BS/BA degree in a related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in client service, sales, or a similar role in the banking industry.
Proficient in CRM software, such as ZOHO and HubSpot, and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to provide professional, efficient, and friendly customer service.
Ability to identify cross-sell opportunities and provide technical assistance on banking products and services.
Willingness and ability to travel to client locations, when required
