Job Title: Client Service Advisor

Job Summary:

• Provide sales and service excellence to high net worth clients via phone and email
• Open accounts and process financial transactions with accuracy under pressure
• Build relationships, resolve problems, and exhibit exemplary client service
• Perform other duties as required

Responsibilities:

• Sales and service:
  • Resolve complex inquiries from clients, team, and business partners
  • Model exceptional client service behaviors
• Internal operations:
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and SVB policies
  • Process transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Minimum of 5 years of client support experience with cross-selling abilities
