Client Service Manager


Insights Japan


You will play in role in supporting/leading in driving insights to our clients by running the project from start to finish. This includes tasks like data analysis and report writing and client management.


Role Description


Support research studies from proposal through to analysis and reporting.
Build positive relationships with key clients on day-to-day basis, and lead study debriefs.
Work/Lead Associates and Senior Associates to ensure quality and timely delivery and help train new members to the team.
Help other team members to ensure projects are set up accurately, ensuring best practices are adhered to and teaching methods to improve effectiveness and efficiency, while helping them to ensure they understand the key elements of research and methodologies.
Contribute to the solution strategy by leading a project crafted to increase efficiencies, automation, and quality of output.


Role Requirements


At least 5 years validated experience in a research/consumer insights space in Japan.
Strong analytical skills
Effective Japanese and English communicator, presenter, and strong influencing skills
Desire to challenge the status quo, able to see new ways of doing things and develop action plans to inspire change and achieve strategic goals.
Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external partners.
Ability to understand sophisticated methodological concepts and explain these to others.
