Seeking individuals with knowledge of substance abuse and mental health disorders. The ideal candidate will have experience driving a 15 passenger van, providing supervision and direct observation of clients, facilitating and documenting group activities using the electronic medical records system KIPU, motivational interviewing, risk assessment and internal inspections, and completing daily shift reports that communicate positive interactions, client needs, and violations of program rules and expectations.

Looking for self-starters that are organized and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Two weeks of hands-on training is provided are there are opportunities for additional training and advancement if you excel in this job. This is a great way to join our team and work directly with clients to provide support as they embark on a life-long journey to better their lives.

Requirements: Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician (RADT) or willing to become RADT or be willing to complete the training and certification paid for by the company, valid driver’s license, a motor vehicle record without items that would cause undue liability for the company, CPR/First Aid Certification or willing to become certified paid for by the company, ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients under any and all circumstances.

Salary dependent on experience.

Shifts available: 7:30am to 3:30pm and 3:30pm to 11:30pm.
