The Client Service Representative will work with our Client Services Team to assist and offer additional support with tasks as needed that help us in meet the daily expectations of our national client base. The ideal candidate enjoys learning in a fast pace environment, interacting and working with others and sees this as an opportunity for growth and advancement within our organization. This position is a great opportunity to work with some large national corporations.

Following an initial onboarding and training period, the CSR role is hybrid allowing for 4 days on-site and 1 day off-site, with the opportunity for additional off-site work days depending on department availability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Following instructions and learning the needs and expectations of our clients.
Build relationships and trust with our customers through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Able to place orders for a client the would go to production
Answering emails and phone calls from clients.
Performs other related duties as required

Must have a positive outlook and a strong willingness to learn

Must be able to communicate effectively through verbal and written skills
Computer skills are a must with experience in Microsoft.
Must be able to work independently but not afraid to ask questions.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service
Attention to detail

EXPERIENCE

Prior customer service experience: 1-2 years minimum required
College Education preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate
Experience with Windows computers required
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel required.
Some experience working with Salesforce
Basic math skills

Salary: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week with occasional overtime
