We are looking for an energetic, upbeat and driven individual to join our team. This is a fast paced, constantly changing professional office environment. Chosen individual will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, as well as vendors. This person is the first point of contact for all clients and visitors providing a professional and friendly service and delivering one of a kind first impression.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Key point of contact for clients and visitors
- Provide professional and friendly customer service experience
- Serve as primary client focal point for needs and problem resolution
- Ensure day-to-day client needs and concerns are being addressed and responded to right away
- Taking pride and action in continually keeping the center "show ready" at all times by ensuring the café, conference rooms, and common areas are spotless and prepared for our clients/guests at all times
- Daily opening and closing of the center
- Be an extension of our clients' business by answering phones, delivering incoming mail and packages, booking and preparing the conference rooms
- Act as liaison between client and other internal departments/vendors
- Understanding of all key services, products and amenities the center offers in order to deliver customer service in an exceptional and timely manner
- Providing an image and service of a 5-star business center through smiling professionally greeting, communicating clearly and effectively, taking pride in the center's appearance and enjoying a professional business environment
- Contributing to the overall revenue of the center by always using multiple resources to ensure the best quality at the best price, identifying opportunities and actively selling/upselling our products and services
- Ensure that all daily service charges are captured and entered into center's billing system daily
- Maintain client’s records consistently by updating account information as necessary
- Prepare product and service reports by analyzing data
- Prepare and update client reports as requested
- Complete all assigned month end tasks
- Provide technical support for voice and data, setup/reconfiguration/troubleshooting
- Backup to all other Client Service Representatives in the center
Key job requirements are:
Solid organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi task in a demanding environment
- Work as part of a team and collaborate with team members
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to remain flexible and calm in a high pressure or continually changing situations
- Ability to operate basic office equipment
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
