You’ll help execute presentations for well-known unions, associations and organized group who request our programs. You will be an integral part of our mission to protect the working class of our great state.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• New client outreach and on-boarding for our programs.


• Management of day-to-day client communication, including written communication with clients and partners.


• Scheduling members and presenting programs


• Providing clients with feedback on benefits requested.


• Creation and organization of client IOs for renewal campaigns.


• Assistance with SLM, CRM, and holistic client communication strategy.

• Ideally, 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or another client-facing role — highly qualified recent graduates are encouraged to apply.


• Passion for growing, customer acquisition, and brand / account management.


• Strong sense of urgency and great time management skills.


• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written).


• Very comfortable with public speaking!


• Self-starter and problem-solver with a get-it-done attitude.


• The ability to work independently and manage relationships.
