Conduct financial needs analysis for future clients. Implementation of policies and servicing of those policies. Potential for management advancement.



Management

Licensed associate per state and federal mandates. Quality assurance of client service associates. Hr operations. Training and development of associates and future managers. Potential for brokerage rights.



A good candidate would be coachable, able to attend weekly training events, have a strong work ethic, treasures a team atmosphere which fosters stronger personal growth and able to learn while observing. Candidates will be able to demonstrate strong customer service and management skills on an up to date resume. References are a must. Cannot have any felonies on record or have claimed bankruptcy within the last 10 years. Must pass a background check. We are state and federally regulated.
