Fetch Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Centers is seeking an energetic, customer oriented representative for our Fort Myers location. Evening, Night, and Weekend availability required. This is your opportunity to join a new team at a beautiful new facility.
Fetch of Southwest Florida is looking for experienced, talented, and compassionate individuals to join our Client Services Team. Our CSR Team are the ones who make the magic happen in our hospitals. Our CSRs are the first and last person a client sees for each visit and the one who helps facilitate communication between clients and the veterinarian.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Specialty and Emergency hospital and to be a part of our privately owned veterinary family.

Detailed oriented with advanced customer service skills
Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic
Patient and attentive to our client's as well as our staff's needs
Other desired qualities include, motivated, compassionate, and can multitask effectively, ability to handle multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, and work in a fast- paced environment
OUTSTANDING communication skills both written and verbal are a MUST.
Candidates will work with experienced technicians, assistants, and a dedicated support staff, all committed to excellent patient and client care.

Requirements
Required Education and Experience:
- Veterinary Experience preferred
- High School Diploma Required; College Degree Preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Compassionate, collaborative, and professional
- Knowledge of Ezyvet is helpful
- Flexibility to work at multiple locations as needed
