Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Perform initial setup calls with clients to outline expectations for the software setup/on-boarding process.
- Directly responsible for coordinating and performing the onsite documentation and data gathering of the asset/equipment information at the customer facility.
- Responsible for coordinating field documentation (data packets, photos, etc.) data prior to and following onsite visits for the field team.
- Responsible for the data entry related to data gathered on assigned projects (i.e. dropping and naming devices and a portion of quality control).
- Responsible for validation of data entry information through coordination with other team members such as Site Coordinators and/or Project Managers to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- Document hours, status, and results in current project tracking application.
- Instrumental in delivering a quality solution to our customers and will be responsible for utilizing adopted quality control processes.
- Work with the services team to develop, execute, and maintain effective learning programs and curriculum that accelerate client adoption of FacilityONE products.
- Provide custom training onsite and using remote classroom functionality to customers and internal resources when necessary.
- Full understanding and capabilities of the FacilityONE product offering.
Other Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the services and sales teams during portions of the project, such as project kick-off, and project close-out to ensure a smooth transition
- Be a role model for FacilityONE company culture
- Is responsible for scheduling and managing all travel arrangements within budget guidelines
- 75% travel is required
- Other assigned duties as necessary
Requirements:
- 1-2 years client-facing experience is desired
- Excellent written and oral communication skills that enable clear and concise exchanges with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
- Self-motivation and attention to detail
- Complete understanding and working knowledge of common Microsoft applications and industry-standard computer skills
