Responsibilities

  • As a Digital Account Manager, you will have full ownership over client success, showcasing value to clients and ensuring result-driven execution of all activities
  • Understand clients business requirements and convert them to internal briefs across social media, paid media, website, SEO, Video production etc.
  • Ensure internal teams are briefed properly and execution is done in atimely manner and is as per brief
  • Participate in the strategy discussions with cross-functional teams like creative, media, account planning working on your client's brand.
  • Collaborate with the Campaign Management team to ensure performance and delivery of campaigns
  • To constantly oversee the running campaigns and taking quick corrective actions where needed along with the relevant teams.
  • To help create review ppts as part of weekly/campaign/monthly reviews along with relevant teams, dashboards going thru numbers and analysing the same
  • Present insights, analytics and wrap-up reports to clients
  • Act as client liaison and advocate within the organization, bringing forward new ideas or areas for improvement or improvements to light as they affect our customers
  • Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded across all digital media campaigns
  • Proactively solve client business problems and build client relationships
  • Work with clients to procure case study approvals or partner testimonials


Qualifications:


  • Passion for digital marketing, brand building and an innate interest in new advertising technologies.
  • Minimum 6 years of solid work experience in an account management or client services role managing large digital advertisers
  • Hands on experience of managing social, SEO, paid and earned media activities for large brands.
  • Confident in creating and conducting client presentations
  • Strong grip on digital analytics and gleaning insights
  • Experienced in being the POC for client work at the agency and should be mature, calm headed to be able to handle the client along with the internal team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable organizational skills and extremely detail oriented
  • Available to travel frequently between Mumbai and Pune.
